Start here if you bought with PayPal or a credit card
If these don't help, try the following:
- Open the app on the device that you bought on
- Check everything is unlocked. If it isn't unlocked, then in the app go to "Settings" and tap "Restore Purchases"
- In the app, go to "Settings" and see if "Log in" is showing. If it is, then you're not logged into your PPL Tutor account
- If you don't think you have a PPL Tutor account, tap "Register" and create one. Otherwise, log in
This will sync everything to our servers and you'll be able to log in on another device.
