I can't see content I've bought

What to do if you bought on one device but can't see your unlocked content on another device

Start here if you bought from the app store

Start here if you bought with PayPal or a credit card

If these don't help, try the following:

  1. Open the app on the device that you bought on
  2. Check everything is unlocked. If it isn't unlocked, then in the app go to "Settings" and tap "Restore Purchases"
  3. In the app, go to "Settings" and see if "Log in" is showing. If it is, then you're not logged into your PPL Tutor account
  4. If you don't think you have a PPL Tutor account, tap "Register" and create one. Otherwise, log in

This will sync everything to our servers and you'll be able to log in on another device.
